The Lake House

Matt and I love the lake and take every opportunity we can get to spend some time here. It's so relaxing and is a world away from all the every day drama!

Moose is such a lake dog! He loved it and it felt like he was on vacation too!

Twilight Premiere

I'm not sure how it happened. One day I'm a fairly normal human. The next day I'm caught up in a series of books about vampires and werewolves (of all things). And then I'm stalking the movie trailers. Yeah...weird right? At least I'm not alone:-) Comment if you're crazy too!!!

Verbena Nest

I noticed today when I took Moosie out, that a bird flew out of my hanging basket of verbena. I pulled it down to check it out. There was a nest! Bird eggs are good eatin'! Just Kidding.

The Moosie Update

I realized I haven't put any pictures of Moosie lately. I went out in the yard today and took a few of him playing.

He still loves his snake and tries to take it outside every chance he gets.

Walking With Dinosaurs!

Mandy, Luke, and Jackson took me to see Walking with Dinosaurs tonight. It was really fun! These pics don't do it justice...

ROOOOAAAARRR!!!!! The T-REX really freaked Jackson out! He hid under the towel for most of this.

Very good show and well worth the money....go see if if you have the chance!

It's Twilight!

Ahhhhh.....twilight. The book series that has become an obsession for many people I know, including myself! We love Edward. We love Bella. We even love Jacob. We wished we lived in Forks. What can I say, sometimes you come across books that you can't put down. So when the DVD based on the first book was released last weekend, I decided to throw a party. We ate, we played twilight jeopardy and we watched THE movie. I think everybody had a really good time.



My mantle was festive for the occasion.

Luke printed up some twilight Tshirts to give as favors and Mandy decorated them with tags.

Some of the questions were easy but some were REALLY HARD! Thanks Hollie for all your hard work!

I made a photo op by cutting out Bella's picture from the movie poster. We all had a blast posing with it! This is Hollie and her new boyfriend:-)
